ESPCycling provides the hotel for Italy but not for Maui. The hotel in Italy, the Garden Relais (www.gardenrelais.it), has a pool and internet and an enormous breakfast buffet. For an extra cost, you can gain access to the beautiful spa's and get  a facial, massage and more! The costs for Italy include 10 nights lodging, three dinners and a welcome reception and guided rides. We do NOT cover your flights or car rental. We can organize a shuttle to and from the airport if needed for an extra cost.

We ride from two to as much as five hours depending on the mood of the group - and the weather. It can of course rain, and while we CAN ride in the rain, we prefer not to!

Yes, Italy has changed tremendously in the last few years and almost every restaurant including the Garden Relais, has gluten free options.
